fbvip Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fbvip online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the website at fbvip.app and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and fbvip ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services offered by fbvip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

fbvip reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By creating an account on fbvip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

1.2 These Terms apply to all users of the fbvip Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

1.3 fbvip may, at its sole discretion, modify these Terms at any time. We will endeavor to notify registered players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms, you are doing so on behalf of that party.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 To be eligible to register and use the fbvip Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of fbvip or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers;
• Not be a person who has been self-excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion program.

2.2 fbvip reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

2.3 If fbvip discovers that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used, subject to verification.

2.4 It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before registering with fbvip. fbvip does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

3.1 To access the full range of fbvip services, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the fbvip Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify fbvip immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. fbvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.4 fbvip employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit the following documents before making withdrawals or at any time fbvip deems necessary:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID);
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account, bank statement);
• Any additional documentation fbvip may reasonably request.

3.5 fbvip reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, subject to the return of any verified player funds.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All financial transactions on the fbvip Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.2 fbvip accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable limits: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be added from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.3 Deposits are generally credited to your fbvip account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method. fbvip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposits, where applicable;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section;
• fbvip reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for e-wallets and 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.

4.5 fbvip reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 fbvip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Platform at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and/or deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.

5.3 Players may only claim one bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to abuse bonuses by creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or engaging in any form of bonus manipulation will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may lead to account closure.

5.4 fbvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, fbvip's decision is final and binding.

5.5 Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10% or be excluded entirely. Full contribution rates are specified in the bonus terms.

Section 6

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 All games on the fbvip Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and are subject to the rules and regulations of those providers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.

6.2 fbvip employs certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and unbiased. RNG systems are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts will be void. fbvip will endeavor to notify affected players and restore balances to their pre-error state where possible.

6.4 Players are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, or third-party tools to play games on the Platform. Any player found to be using such tools will have their account immediately suspended and all winnings forfeited.

6.5 fbvip reserves the right to void any bet or game result if there is evidence of collusion, cheating, or any other form of fraudulent activity.

Section 7

Prohibited Activities

7.1 Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the fbvip Platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate gameplay;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Platform;
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or fbvip staff;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Engaging in any activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7.2 Any player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended or closed, and all funds may be forfeited. fbvip reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

Section 8

Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 All content on the fbvip Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of fbvip or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express written permission of fbvip.

8.3 The fbvip name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of fbvip and may not be used without prior written consent.

Section 9

Privacy & Data Protection

9.1 fbvip is committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9.2 By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

9.3 fbvip will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

10.1 The fbvip Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fbvip makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, fbvip disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10.3 fbvip is not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, unauthorized access to your account, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10.4 In no event shall fbvip's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arose.

10.5 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, fbvip's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Section 11

Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 You may close your fbvip account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you, subject to verification and the completion of any pending wagering requirements.

11.2 fbvip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any other fbvip policy;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification;
• Prolonged account inactivity;
• At fbvip's sole discretion for operational or regulatory reasons.

11.3 Upon termination, you will forfeit any bonuses, promotional credits, or other non-withdrawable funds. Verified player funds will be returned, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to fbvip.

11.4 If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, fbvip reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

Section 12

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting fbvip customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal action.

12.3 fbvip operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and complies with all applicable gaming regulations in the Philippines.

12.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
